What is it? 

We are proud to announce the launch of Gladstone Community, a forum that will give you a voice inside Gladstone. Log in to the Gladstone Community site, post a suggestion and watch as your peers vote your suggestion higher up on our development priority list. Not only will you see how popular your suggestion is, but you’ll also get to interact with industry peers and learn from some of our super users. Get hints and tips from other Gladstone users and get feedback from inside the company itself. 

Please remember logging a customer support ticket is still the best place to get resolutions for technical issues. 

Who is it for? 

Gladstone Community is a forum to which everyone who has a Gladstone Support Zendesk log in is invited. Additionally, Gladstone colleagues will be on the forum regularly to monitor the progress of conversations and to help us prioritise our product development. 

Where do I go? 

If you have a Gladstone Support user name and password, you can access the Gladstone Community today. Simply log on as usual and click on “community” at the top right hand of the screen. Please be sure to read the forum rules pinned to the top of the page. Click on the conversation you are interested in and comment or vote. Alternatively, you can “start new” and create your own forum topic. Others can then vote or comment on your post.

When can I get on?

The Gladstone Community is now open; come on in, make suggestions, vote up preferred posts and ideas from across the community as well as keeping in touch with peers throughout the Gladstone network. 

Why should I bother? 

Gladstone’s Senior Management team has a vision to make Gladstone a truly customer focused company. Each and every one of us is passionate about providing “Software for a Better, Healthier, Longer, More Active Life” But we know we aren’t perfect, sometimes we are far from it. We acknowledge this and invite you to help us improve on our products, services and customer experience. 

Post a comment, be honest, and watch as your peers vote it up or down on our priority list. We can’t change everything overnight, but we are committed to making world class products for you and your customers.

If the decision has been taken not to action a highly prioritised suggestion, we will let you know in a timely and honest fashion.

  • Be open and honest- the Gladstone Community has been created to give you a greater influence in our development road map. Sharing with us should mean you start to see the changes you want.
  • Vote, vote, vote. If someone else has had a great idea, vote for it to push it higher up on our priorities list.
  • Share and learn best practices; give advice whenever needed and wherever possible. You’ll be surprised what you learn in the process!
  • Try to post in the appropriate forum and use descriptive titles so others can locate your topic using search; the more votes your idea has, the more likely it is that we can add it to our backlog. Posting in the right place is crucial to this.
  • Post images and examples where appropriate.

  • While debate and honest appraisals of our products and services are encouraged, Gladstone moderators will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, or personal attacks. Our decision is final in these matters.
  • Advertising, spamming and trolling are not allowed.
  • Any posts with extreme adult language, sexual comments or innuendo will be immediately deleted. We reserve the right to remove any offensive posts without notice.
  • The forum does not replace our Customer Support Team. If you have technical issues, please log a support ticket. 
  • Please do not post any sensitive information about yourself or anyone else. Your posts are still required to adhere to the Data Security Act and GDPR Regulations. Each poster is responsible for all content that they upload or post. Any posts that do contain such data may be deleted.
